Sometimes you may want to return something you bought from Schmitty's store.  Please check sizing and think before you shop to avoid any extra return charges.  Below are guidelines for you to follow.  

Exchanges - Ordered the wrong size or color? Simply place an order online for the correct item (s) and return the item (s) that you don't want in their original condition (call or email for return RA #). We'll credit your card for the returned items per our return policy.

Refused Orders - Should you decide that you wish to refuse receipt of an item when delivered by UPS, DHL,FEDEX,USPS or common carrier, credit will be issued for the item less shipping charges and less a 10% re-stocking fee. Your credit will be issued once the item has been returned & inspected by us.

Returns must be made within 25 days of receipt of your merchandise. Only merchandise that is unused and in original condition, box and packaging may be returned. Returns with Pet hair that are deemed acceptable will have a 20% deduction from refund. Credit will not be issued for return of used merchandise. Custom orders, toys and treats are not returnable

Your shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend insuring the product for the full product value. Customer must provide tracking with proof of delivery, USPS offers a delivery confirmation option, UPS/FEDEX will automatically give you a tracking number. Schmitty Says LLC is not responsible for lost or undelivered products.

PET TOYS Returns - Health regulations do not allow the exchange or return of these products.

If you would like to return an item - please let us know via email at schmitty@schmittysays.com. We will send you a reply with return instructions. Please do not return merchandise without first contacting Schmitty Says LLC or you will be subject to a 20% deduction. We do not accept returns after 25 days.

We get lots and lots of 2-legged and 4-legged friends visiting our site and buying lots of Schmitty's fun stuff.  So, we just want you to know that sometimes, not often, but sometimes one of Schmitty's products may be on backorder because of our manufacturer's shortage of product.  If that happens, we will tell you the expected ship date right along with the product description.

Most items are shipped within 48 hrs after payment is received (or check cleared).  Delivery may take 5-7 days. Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refused shipments (resulting in an item being returned to shipper) will result in a shipping fee charge to the customer.
